Achieving World-Class and Calibrated Standards

NSF International was approached by a well-known luxury hotel group to review their policies and procedures against the relevant ISO standards and best practice from NSF’s expert point of view. The aim was to both help achieve ISO 22000 registration and progress internally toward higher and more efficient working standards. This included the replacement of manual practices with electronic and digital where appropriate. Following a thorough review and gap analysis involving hotel visits and interviews with key stakeholders to understand the culture and challenges, NSF produced a new suite of internal documentation, tested via a series of consulting-led audits, and recommendations for preparing for ISO 22000 and for digital monitoring. These were fully accepted and implemented by the client.
